"Checkout took forever"
Checkout was frustrating, honestly. My discount code kept acting up, and the payment page took way too long to load. The order did go through in the end, but I wasn’t exactly confident it worked until I got the confirmation.

"Support was helpful"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service. They got back to me the same day, which was nice, and they were friendly about it. It did take, uh, a little bit of back and forth to get everything sorted, but they fixed it in the end. Wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Not what I thought I was getting"
Yeah, this was frustrating. The product showed up and just... didn’t match the description. Not even close, really. I kept checking the listing thinking maybe I missed something, but nope. Annoying overall.

Avavibes.com works well overall, but it took me a bit longer than I expected to find what I was looking for. The pages loaded fine, so that wasn’t really an issue. I just think the mobile menu could be a little clearer or easier to navigate, if that makes sense.

avavibes.com was okay overall. The prices aren’t bad, and a few things did feel like a good deal, but some of the stuff was just kind of average for what I paid. Nothing really went wrong, so I can’t complain too much, I just expected a little more somehow. I might order again if there’s a decent discount or sale, but full price… not sure.

"Showed up right on time"
I ordered from avavibes.com and the whole delivery was super easy, the tracking kept updating like it should, the package arrived exactly on the day they said it would, and I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit around wondering if it was going to show up late, so yeah I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good updates, but the waiting was annoying"
They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated, but the tracking info took longer than I expected to show up. I was getting a little frustrated waiting around for an update, but once they responded, things were clearer

"Package showed up beat up"
The box arrived completely crushed, like it had been tossed around without much care. Luckily the item wasn’t totally ruined, but the handling was clearly careless and the packaging didn’t do much to protect it

"Refund was a bit slow"
The return itself was easy, so that part was fine. The only issue was that the refund took longer than I expected to show up, which was a little frustrating.
